Finally a HIGH quality wide clincher. Perfect for smoothing out rough roads, randoneuring, ect. These babies are wide! When mounted on most rims they measure an honest 28mm wide. Traditional tan sidewall, great for your bintage bike! Made with a 260TPI casing they have superb road feel and perfomance. The supple casing allows the tire to immediately adapt to changes in the road surface. The larger volume makes for low rolling resitance and a very smooth ride. The tread is hand-glued to the inflated casing using a process is called "cold treating". This is how the most expensive tires used by demanding professionals are made. The result is the equivalent of radial tires for your bike.
